Please complete the following Application for Water and/or Sewer service.
Please allow 24 hours to process the application once all documents and deposit payment is received.
Items needed to process application:
- Government issued ID required for all individuals listed on account. You will be asked to include a copy of each ID as an attachment before your form can be submitted.
- Deposit $200 (Property Owners $100)
Instructions to pay deposit by phone or online:
Chose option # 2 for Deposit payment
When prompted for account number, please enter your phone number you provided to us. Upon payment completion you will be given a confirmation number. You will need to enter this confirmation number on your application.
Paying your Utility Bill:
Payment is due 21 days after the bill date. Accounts that remain delinquent for more than 10 days are subject to disconnect without notice.
Forms of payment accepted:
- Cash, check, money order and debit cards are accepted in our office
- If you would like to pay by phone or online using credit card or debit card please call 1-833-299-6595 or visit https://www.moorecountync.gov/pay/utilities. Start payment, search by Deposit. There is a small processing fee per transaction
- Bank Draft is a free service to you. If you would like to be set up on automatic Bank Draft please complete the Bank Draft Authorization Form (you will be asked to attach a copy of a voided check).
