EMS needs a *MINIMUM* of *FOUR* weeks notification prior to date of the event.

The Special Events Cycle Team (SECT) is available, if needed.  We will plan the appropriate coverage based on the information you supply.  

We appreciate the earliest notice possible due to staff scheduling.
